hohoho:)Im back from cameron highlands! haha. yay! it was fun:D
FIRST DAY
left the house at 5.30am. mum went to mcdonalds to buy breakfast for evryone while we wait in the car. spend quite alot of time sleeping in the car, hahaha..it was really cosy and nice:)) anyway, it was a really long drive and we drove up and down the mountain terrains. the view was so nice:) we stopped at the lakehouse and i ate sandwiches. so yummy..but expensive. then we stopped at one town and i ate..*drumroll*
TANDOORI CHICKEN whooh!! haha..my first time eating it:) and my mum ordered a garlic naan at the indian food shop too! the naan was okay la..but the tandoori chicken rocks man! haha..my mum said that the tandoori chicken and the naan at the american club is much much nicer cos her friend bought and shared with her before..YUM! haha..but the chicken quite spicy for me lah..but still its soo nice! haha. okay.
after that, we checked into strawberry park resort. The last time i've been there was exactly 10 YEARS AGO. haha..i was 4 then. The view was really nice from our apartment and we were like so close to nature:)
SECOND DAY
super fun:)) we went to Raju hill strawberry farm..bought the strawberry jam and 2 strawberry ice-cream which was super nice..It was raining when we ate ice cream. so cold. but i like cold. hahaha. we had to drive through many mountains and towns to see the various plantations and stuff..and some roads were really narrow. my father did a three-point-turn at one of the mountain roads and thank god we didnt fall down. once, when we wanted to go up the mountain, there was this car which didnt want to move..jam up the whole place. then when the road clear, the car did a three-point-turn and drove away. I think all the other people there must be like hopping mad alrd la! haha. so anyway, we drove up. then we went to the BOH tea plantation..i drank tea and ate cake. so yummy. then when we drove down, all the roads were like so narrow, and when there was a car coming our way, my dad had to always reverse and make way for them. once, in order to make way for the bus, our car almost got stuck in the mud:( the wheel kept turning at the same spot and you can see the granite flying up. But God was with us and we drove off safely:D We checked into equatorial and had the 2 room apartment and the balcony was so spacious and nice. we ate buffet dinner at the hotel and we booked the seat outside, so it was so cold and nice and windy when we ate..hahaha. yea, at night was freezing, but i slept really well. oh yar, ate tandoori chicken at the buffet too! and my mouth was so hot, so when i breathed into the cold air, i could see the mist.
THIRD DAY
in the morning, it was very cold. i woke up and saw the mountain infront of our balcony, being covered by the fog. 15 mins later, the whole mountain was covered. couldnt see anything infront except for the cabbage plantation below.. its so nice to see little cabbages growing infront of you:) hehe..long drive again, home..we stopped by the twin tower to shop. ate A&W..so it was a fulfilled trip, heeehee..then we drove home.. the custom was jamed from 10pm to 1.30am..so we had to wait..reached home at 2.00am. so glad to see toby! haha. then my sis and i watched "john tucker must die". Thanks to jialing who lent us the disc..but what happened in the end? i didnt get to see..the film just stopped.haha.
so we bought lots and lots of fruits and veges and some jam and tea. but mostly vegetables. so later when jean and ian come, they'll have to take home all the stuff we bought for them..like going to the market:)) haha.
Two more weeks to sch. I haven read the mayan and the "to kill a mockingbird" book. Im so nervous for the first day of sch cos i dun even know which class the scholars in my peerleading group will be in, and i dont even know which class im in! Im going to reach sch early on the first day to check it out. Okay, jean just reached my house. 1.25pm.
